This bag is made to fit the current (2017-2025) Salsa Timberjack Aluminum perfectly!
In order to make your bikepacking journey even easier, we've chosen our most commonly requested features for these bags:
- Ultralight Ecopak Ultra 200X Fabric11
- Bolt-on (AKA direct-mount) - using our custom-made thumb screws! Except for the top tube where there are no bolts, so we've used straps instead.
- Side Pocket on the left side for phone/wallet/etc.
- Divider and second zipper ("Double Decker") on sizes L and XL
- Sizes L and XL are made to fit a 3-liter Apidura bladder in the lower compartment
Our bags use #10 YKK molded tooth zippers (non-waterproof). We've chosen non-waterproof zippers because they have incredible durability, and there aren't any coated zips on the market that match these.
All bags are designed and manufactured in our Flagstaff, AZ workshop!
