We can sometimes make a bag faster than usual - our stated worst-case lead time is there for us to gather orders into batches, have some back-and-forth with customers as needed, etc.

We can often make a bag quicker than that, with these caveats:

• We can't guarantee a faster lead time unless you reach out first - scroll down for our contact form.
• We will not bump existing bags from their ship date for your order.
• If your bag requires a PandaVision photo, we'll have to approve your photo before committing to a rush order.
• Custom prints may not be possible, especially if they require a lot of design time.

We try to ship all in-stock orders the day after they're placed, at the latest.

We often ship same-day if the order is placed before noon MST (GMT -6 in summer and -7 in winter). If you want a guaranteed same-day shipment, please reach out first.
