Shipping policy
All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom items have their own processing times, which are noted on each product page.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Orders over $300 ship free within the US! Orders below that cost $6.50 flat-rate to ship USPS, or $10 to ship UPS.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Flagstaff workshop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, in-stock items will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Custom items have their own processing times which appear on each product page.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Because our workers are on flex-time (better for getting out and enjoying the local trails!) our pickup hours fluctuate from day to day. But generally Monday-Friday 8-4 is good, or let us know what's best for you and we'll see if someone will be there.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with any applicable duties and taxes (except AUS and NZ). You pay your final landed cost - there will be no additional customs or brokerage fees.
For Australia and New Zealand, we no longer collect duties and taxes due to the high de minimis value on imports. As long as your order comes below $1000 AUD or NZD you won't pay any duties or taxes on the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@roguepanda.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We normally ship USPS within the US, which does ship to PO Boxes. For Canadian orders, choose USPS at checkout if you're shipping to a PO Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns on our non-custom items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the initial order and return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@roguepanda.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
