Description

Our Buckskin Mini Panniers use the OMM FLIP system for a super secure, rattle-free ride. Once the base is installed onto your rack or fork, the panniers lock into place with a flick of a lever, and remove just as easily! The Buckskin comes with everything you need - the pannier(s), FLIP mount, and optional foot to use it as a regular cargo cage.

Our panniers are designed to be simple and effective, with a seam-taped design for extreme water resistance. No fancy extra pockets here - we think quick access items are best stored in top tube bags, handlebar buckets, etc.

And unlike most panniers using the FLIP system, we've moved the attachment system completely outside of the water-resistant envelope of the bag - and added foam padding to protect your gear.

Currently made-to-order, with a lead time of 3 weeks - we will add stock options to the website later this season once our production pandas have a bit more breathing room.

Note: The Small and Medium Buckskins differ only in depth and shape (the size small is more trapezoidal when viewed from the bottom). This is due to the width of the FLIP system hardware. We think that FLIP panniers are best kept to that width for maximum stability.

Behind the Name
Map of Arizona with location of Buckskin Mountain shown

All of our bags are named after sections of the Arizona Trail, which runs within a mile of our workshop in Flagstaff.

The Buckskin Panniers are named after Buckskin Mountain, the very last section on the AZT for northbound riders! Fueled by desperation and cookies from Jacob Lake, it's not uncommon to get a little delirious while traversing this beautiful singletrack.
