Blue Ridge Handlebar Harness - Installation

Torque Specs

*12mm M4 bolts for attachment to carbon rods - no torque specs - tighten until they don't move and don't over do it.

*18mm Torx M5 Buttonheads for the handlebar attachment - 6 nm or to handlebar specs - whatever is lower.

*Friction paste can be helpful to keep the harness from moving if your handlebars have a low torque spec.

Standard Shim Instructions

Installation with either the 31.8mm or 35mm shims that are included with Blue Ridge Handlebar Harness

Step 1:

Remove all bolts from aluminum clamp and check the size of shims (engraved on each).

Match shims to your handlebar diameter and change out shims if needed.

Step 2:

Place Blue Ridge Harness on handlebars and add screws to secure clamp.

Add all four screws - finger tight.

Step 3:

Tilt harness to desired angle, and tighten with a torx wrench until snug.

Make sure to adjust cables to avoid any pinching.

Drop Bar Cable Shim Instructions

Then remove the two shims from the harness side only. You may need pliers.

Tighten with torx wrench.
