The Fargo isn't the best frame for a bolt-on bag, but we still recommend choosing Bolt-on for the down tube on all sizes, and the seat tube on all sizes except XS (which has no bolts on the seat tube).
For the top tube, it depends on how often you plan to install or remove the frame bag, and how often you would install or remove top tube bags. If either of those happens frequently, then hook-and-loop straps will be much easier to manage. But if you're going to install all your bags and leave them on, lace-up has a nice clean look to it.
Apidura Bladders
The Fargo is one of the better frames we've seen for running an Apidura bladder in the frame bag. The angle between down tube and seat tube is a good match on all sizes except the XS, which is just a bit too small for a bladder.
